RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brook.

 If you’ve purchased from the website:

If you’ve received an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, we are more than happy to take it back or exchange it within 60 days of the original purchase. We only ask that it is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with its original tags attached. Items bought on sale will be refunded the purchase price. Unless otherwise stated, clearance items are final sale.

From a retail store:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online returns if you purchased the item in a retail store, however we would love to exchange it for you. Again, the item must be unused, with its original tags attached.

 Shipping cost:

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return items, Brook will cover cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. We recommend all orders are thoroughly checked for correct sizing using our provided size chart.
